The bushcraft shelter project undertaken by the KZread creator Think Wilderness stands as a testament to the enduring principles of survival, craftsmanship, and a deep connection with nature. Through meticulous planning, resourceful material collection, and skilled construction techniques, a durable and functional stone-cum-wood shelter was created, reflecting both historical wisdom and modern ingenuity.
Think Wilderness' project draws heavily on traditional methods that have been honed over centuries. By selecting a site abundant with natural resources, the project mirrors the practices of indigenous peoples and early settlers who relied on their immediate environment for sustenance and shelter. The use of stone for the foundation and walls, combined with wooden logs for structural support, showcases a harmonious blend of materials that has proven effective across diverse cultures and historical periods.
Through careful planning, resourceful material use, and methodical construction, a durable and functional shelter was created. This project not only highlights the practicality and resilience of traditional building methods but also serves as an educational tool and source of inspiration for viewers.

Oh my aching back!
This is one of the few people I've seen on YT using proper technique to build a stone wall, orienting the large outer stones to slope inward, keying them in with smaller stones, and the use of heart stones.
Amazing. It is very difficult to build this beautiful house. This man should be proud of himself for building this strong house.👍
he made that looks SO EASY!!! but it probably took him all summer and autumn

I was thinking that too. How does he heat the place?🤔
Hubiera estado bueno ver cómo quedó por dentro terminada
This guys a sasquatch, wow.
Should have built it closer to the rocks. I don’t think they had tarpaulins a thousand years ago. What did they actually use then?
Musiknya asik..tp liriknya lebih mantap joss😅

Iam. Second please reply too
Kuburu nereye yaptın dayı.

Survival shelter? 30 inch (75 cm) thick stone walls.. survive what? Radiation ☢️? 😁
Amazing Working But Don't Cut Tree's 😥
Stone axes and saws?! Sure sounds like nonsense, when was the last time you seen a saw made from stone or an axe?
I'd like to see this try & do this on State or Federal camp grounds. He'd be fined the h*** out of him! So how did he heat the place? He didn't build a chiney, fireplace, or hearth. Looked nice though.
i am frist one pls reply me

hi Frist. Im dad
Should have done it differently, and not used the modern tools. Otherwise it defeats the purpose.

No level, this is going to fall pathetic
A survival shelter, is this another third world attempt at likes and subs for the purpose of…. What was it again. Lmfao, that’s a house
👍👍👍👍👍🫵🪨 it looks fantastic. I hope you didn’t build that on state property because you can get a lot of trouble. I hope that’s your land lol.
