Plus power tools, and heavy machinery, and deliveries. Hardly that impressive. Building an entire house without power tools and using only stuff you dug out of the earth, now THAT is impressive.

@@josemaurer7668 Do a carpentry course at a technical college, it's what I did... the final test I was required to do involved the building of an entire house in scale, often referred to as gloried dollhouses due to level of detail in that its built to code

Excellent work, not to mention video. In 1981 I did the exact same thing ( building by myself ) my first house. 101 days from the excavation, until September 28th ( it was raining ) when my wife and I, moved our old furniture, into our new house. Need I say it was quite an adventure.

The thing is. Back in the days everyone knew how to build stuff. Wich is amazing, sadly today most of the people are clueless. Find someone to build you a house is a nightmare. Atleast in Croatia. Paperwork takes ages, and hope to find a great artisan to build you a dream home is really slim this days. Never the less your craftmentship is beyond building yourself and your wife a house. I can just imagine the feeling of pride and joy when you were done and finally moved into something your two hands made :)

Great job. From a guy that has done some remodeling, I appreciate all the skillsets this guy has.

I clicked on this video thinking "yeah right, one guy did the entire rebuild?!?! I thought I'd see tons of people helping lift things but no.. he really did it all himself!! I bought a house about 10 years ago planning on rehabbing it but after 6 months of lead paint, asbestos and a crumbling foundation I sold it. Somehow, I even got my entire investment back. That's the last time I tried that!

This gentleman is a Master Builder!

Love the design of the roof grid pattern with vertical going up the roof and then horizontal ones on top. Any water that gets in will hit the subroof and run out underneath the tiles. Brilliant. I have seen so many tile roofs fail miserly because they didn’t follow this design.

Absolutely unbelivable Building, outside and inside!!! So grand👍👍👍…

WOW it’s better built then the one that stood there before. New better modern materials, I’m surprised there’s no solar panels or he didn’t put under floor heating throughout the entire house. Everything is so well done to perfectionist standard. Are those salvaged doors from the old house on the pantry cupboard? The whole place is just amazing. I always wondered why homes built in snowy countries don’t have double entrances. An outer door into a small space or mud room and a interior front door to keep the heat in better. But what a lucky woman she is, she married a man who built her a home and made it beautiful and extraordinary. 😊 the decking is fantastic, you can even BBQ in the winter. 😅what a beautifully built and gorgeous home❣️congratulations 🎉 now you need a couple dogs 🐕. 😊

I am sure that this man is more skilled than a group of carpenters as he has completed this rebuilding by himself. I wonder how long he took to complete this task.

What a quality home he has created. It will be very comfortable through all seasons and will last for many generations to come, barring any more fires! Although, I could never afford to build that quality in my home here in the states. A house built that well and that size would run around $600,000.00 or more dollars.

рукастый это хорошо. Только этот на видео профессионально занимается стройкой домов, иначе он ходил бы на завод на работу, а строил бы по ночам 2-3 часа. + ты не забывай, что материалы из которых он строит, стоят сейчас очень больших денег, если их нет этих больших денег, то хоть ты трижды рукастый будь, будешь строить 10 лет - накопил на крышу 500 тысяч, построил, потом снова копишь и т.д. будьте реалистами, такие видео не для простого обывателя с з/п 40 тысяч в месяц!!
