This is the opinion, too, from european sight (see an other german comment) I would built in massive concrete, by molded parts in industrial producing isnt expensive

@KTK-o: You forgot the price of the lots (the land). Also, they landscaped the lots; sod and perennials, etc. - many new construction homes are not - it's an option. I totally see each house worth $300K - 350K. They're basic builds.

Why are they not bricked? New builds in UK are mostly timber-framed and insulated from the elements and then outside brick by brick to the top. Maybe it’s just me but this just looks cheap and built to last maybe 20-30 years, and the roof slates, is that even proper roofing when it’s installed like a laminate floor 😢

Don’t get pressured to buy these Cracker Jack box houses. The plumbing and the that particle board used will be the down fall of these homes. Now the person will charge 500k+ for just one of these homes.

If one is into narrow, single car garage house about as close as can be to the neighbor this might be the house for you........... I'll take a 2500 Sq.Ft. home on a 5 Ac. lot with a barbed wire fence around the perimeter and a 400 ft drive to the three car garage thank you........ and a nice 40 X 60 work shop.

If this person spent $ 333,999.99 to build to build each of these homes, he is lying or cheating but probably both. This is the most BASIC house plan you can buy online and build. Houses in MT all have 2 car garages and no plastic siding but hardiplank, also these houses are lacking windows on side of house. More money in the builders pocket.

All due respect, those homes do not look good, IMO... I mean, aside from that solid foundation, everything else is wood, drywall and fiberglass. A basement would've been nice. Those exterior like plastic and sheets they put to cover the wooden walls look like they can turn into a problem in no time. Not my thing. If you're going to invest in home, I'd do it properly.

Yes Normal houses are built with plywood. 1/2 inch to 5/8 inch on the exterior, including roof, 3/4 inch or thicker on the subfloor. I worked for a contactor while I was in junior high and high school in the late 70's and early 80's. Started working concrete foundations, moved to framing, then roofing. We contracted drywall specialists for the interior and electrical subcontractors. We built 19 houses between 77 and 84 in the county I grew up in. All 19 are still standing and are still stylish after 40+ plus years.

I agree with you for one of those home's. I'm from the upstate of South Carolina. I don't know if I've seen any homes here built on a slab. We either have basement's or craw spaces. In the lowerer part of the state I know the newer homes are on slab's. Those home's are built good but I didn't see vapor barrier used. I wouldn't buy a house with just a one car garage. I don't want a house with box store cabinet's. 😊

I seen nothing wrong with the way these houses were built. And ones who are saying tornadoes friendly. You do realize that brick homes are not even safe from a tornadoes. And not even being underground is safe. So it shows your idosyms that you don't realize a tornadoe can create creators in the ground. And learn respect. You guys did an amazing job.

Why is the driveway longer than the house? Although these houses are nice, I feel there is a lot of wasted space outside, when it would've benefited these homes more to utilise that space to make the houses bigger.

This is a copy of DuPont HouseWrap! It allows moisture to pass through out of the house to reduce condensation. But blocks water from coming in!

These aren't prefabbed, they are not modular, I built both working for a contractor while in high school. These are stick frame built on site. The only major components built off site were the second floor joists and the roofing trusses. Those are built in lumber yards with special equipment and you can make dozens of each in a day then ship them to the site. Prefabbed and modular homes are built in a factory where they are about 90% finished then trucked to the site and lifted into place by cranes. The go together quick but these were no prefabs.

У вас там всё такое,ПЛОХОГО КАЧЕСТВА.Строительные материалы,еда ГМО.Рождаются дети больные алергиеей,дцп и другими заболеваниями.Курятина,свинина,коровы,овцы выращены на антибиотиках и гармонах,а мы едим гармоных коров,кур,овец и других животных.В результате рождаются больные дети.Но ведь вы это не видите почему то?!Вы думаете,те кто в золотом миллиарде кушают эту еду?Нет.У них отдельные фермы,магазины и т.д.У них всё натуральное.
