Это не стяжка, а наливной пол. Мебель стоит не привычные нам гарнитуры которые можно двигать, а "стационарная" которая не передвигаеться. К ним подведено электричество, вода, канализация...

Go into settings to make the video slower. Even slower there isn't context for a few, like the cutting threads or the first pour mold, no idea what that's for lol.
