Любой человек на земле выполняющий свою работу, не важно какой профессии, он должен выполнять его качественно, добросовестно, и продолжать и дальше повышать своё мастерство. :) я например работаю в большом городе шофёром троллейбуса, и я очень стараюсь ездить так, чтоб нашим любимым пассажирам было приятно.

When a bridge in our city was built they didn't close off the hallow concrete pilons (sp?) for almost 3 weeks. This allowed the seagulls and other birds to poop inside them before being capped off. Summer hit. This allowed the gasses from all the bird poop to expand literally causing the caps to explode right off the top and they had to rebuild a huge section of the bridge. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Was thinking the same thing when he caulked the wood floor to the trim. Step into my office… you’re fired. (Edit: the roofing will probably be fine as long as it’s the same materials. They will expand and contract uniformly. FYI I worked for a sheet metal roofing company in my younger days. They offered 10 year warranty so it must work pretty well)
