He has high fences, nobody could see his bunked, and even if they saw the digger/excavator, they could think he was just building some sort of pool or something, ik it was snowing, but some people do that, and thats if the neighbours actually saw him before he went underground

I say this mainly because Ive been shocked in the past when people explain how things fail from an engineering perspective.... everything looked absolutely solid but one failure brought the whole thing crashinng down.

When you have heavy equipment in your backyard...not a secret 😉

Two things that bunker builders often forget, is 'water pumping'. During heavy rains, you will get water down your staircase, possibly rise up through ground water and seep into any cracks in the floor. Always, remember to set a 'lowest point' sump (with easy access to change out pumps, when they fail)...sometimes, you may need more than one (maybe one at the sump of the stairs, one at a low-point off-to-the-side of the main room, etc.). Of course, thinking through each possible 'worst case scenario season' helps in basic design (water, electricity, air, filtration, etc.). What works in a 30C summer may not work at all in a -30C winter, at all!

За работу над роликом, лайк. Быстро, красиво, качественно. Мои замечания, как строителя построившего не один такой погребок. Бункером его не назовёшь. Первое, мал, как для жизни в нем так и для хранения. Второе , если вы говорите о радиации, то хотя бы перед входом сделать тамбур, с накрытием , где снимают радиоактивную и заражённую одежду и обувь, и в чистом спускаются в жилое помещение. Саму лестницу, спуск в помещение, накрывают от дождей и снега, иначе в вашем помещении, где вы герметично сделали пол, будет все плавать как в бассейне. Ошибка один пол - весной у многих поднимается уровень грунтовых вод, и пока грунтовые воды не уйдут , до лета , сколько бы насосов к Вас воду не откачивало, Вода будет прибывать. Два отделка пенопластом - глупость в каждой конкретной полосе идет промерзание грунта до 80 см, чем бы вы трубу с водой под давлением не мотали, Вода замёрзнет и трубу прорвёт . Вместо пенопласта, накидайте с верху 1 м земли, и практичнее и на века. Три от грибка и плесени, вначале грунтовка глубокого проникновения, а потом известь или фасадка, на что вы богаты. Грибку и плесени более 500 млн лет выживания на земле, только где-то влажно, он тут как тут! Рекомендую перед тем как рыть у себя, походить по соседям , попросить показать, как у них построен погреб, разузнать все достоинства и недостатки, а потом приступать к своему бункеру;))). Надеюсь, хоть в чем то помог.

Можно было бы использовать плиты из пеностекла снаружи и плиты из базальта и базальтовые ткани с наполнителем по типу карбида бора или борсодержащего полиэтилена или кварцевого стекла - тогда радиация снизится до приемлемого уровня, если над "бункером" будет хотя бы 1-2 метра грунта. Там даже можно было бы грунт как композит сделать с помощью базальтовых или стеклопластиковых сеток (геосеток с "подушками" грунта, ну в мешках плоских). Базальтовые плиты и ткани и сетки не гниют, не подвержены грибку и хорошо выносят влагу + устойчивы к высоким температурам (горению и оплавлению) и у низким температурам (даже арктические температуры). А пеностекло также долговечно (точнее базальтовы ткани - 50 лет, а пеностекло - около сотни лет) для облицовки сооружений, но там есть хитрости с вентилирумостью стыков (тут только проф. строители скажут какие стыки и чем замазывать в подземном исполнении). Можно было бы сделать фибробетон (с базальтовой фиброй и углеродными нанодобавками), который не промерзает и устойчив к ударам и высоким и низким температурам. Но это выйдет дорого.

Не бзди! У меня подвал в гараже хуже сделан, не монолит, а блоки промазанные гудроном снаружи и благодаря вентиляции нет там никакого грибка, не придумывай сказки

Возможно для зарубежного обывателя и овощехранилище на заднем дворе за "секретный бункер" и сойдёт! Впрочем и вопросов , как мне кажется, оставит немало. Слишком сильно для овощехранилища. Можно было закопать 2 или 3 бетонных кольца диаметром 2,5 метра. По деньгам сильно дешевле было бы. А здесь ещё этот колодец на дне. Так что мы видим именно бункер.

У бункера должно быть еще 2 корридора где один выходит в колодец в стороне, а другой идет в дом. Естественно бункер является и погребом для хранения еды. Должен быть предусмотрен септик, подача воды/скважина, а в запастном выходе в колодце автономная електростанция.

@@Filin75 я и сам сделал бункер, но у меня нет пути в дом. В бункере есть отопление автономное и можно приготовить еду, есть приямок под скважину но нет скважины, есть труба в септик, не хранятся продукты... в общем еще делать и делать, это всё не так то просто, постепенно делается. Ребята в Украине знакомые укрывались в смотровых ямах в подвалах, вообще не готовы были но и это их спасало. Не фанат бункерный однако предусмотрел укрытие простое дабы укрыться от бомбежки. По факту как показала практика в Украине даже с города выехать не дают, обстреливают машины с детьми.. Поэтому примитивное укрытие уже лучше чем его нет.

That 'reinforced concrete' looks a lot like the asbestos cement corrugated sheets, that were heavily sold in my country during the 60s and 70s. People regularly did their garage and shed roofs with those at that time. I really hope they just look similar.

Impressive work for just one person! Would be great to see a follow-up up video of elec and water supply and storage etc. It's very sad that the world has been brought to the brink of total annihilation by the likes of Russia and its fear of democracy and freedom of speech.

Не поможет такой погребок ни при прямом попадании, ни при попытке вообще туда добежать. Наш Донбасс тому пример, начался обстрел, мама с сыном закрыли дом и рванули в летнюю кухню, в трех метрах напротив входа в дом. Там был погреб. На пороге кухни их и положило, оба насмерть. Добежать на задний двор это еще более рискованная и маловыполнимая задача.

To seal it real u first use that asphalt which is a primer and yes its waterproof but it's not safe from moisture or water under ground. To seal that u put on a layer of betumium that u use fire to melt together. Than its sealed for that purpose. I work with that. You did a great job and it looks really nice so thanks for sharing 👍

When building anything in the ground with concrete, you need to think about waterproofing it. Concrete that has a psi of 4400 or higher is waterproof. Check cost of concrete that is 4400 and higher and then if that would be cheaper than doing everything else. Rubber coating, time, plastic. It just might be worth it, plus it will be stronger too!

Трудолюбие мастеровитость и смекалку при строительстве данного сооружения вызывают ОГРОМНОЕ восхищение и уважение! Ну и количество потраченного времени и сил! По времени я так понял (при смене времен года) ушло 6-8 месяцев. НО!!! По внутреннему обьему этот подвал чуть больше 20и футового контейнера. А не проще(и дешевле) было-бы в выкопанный котлован установить 2 контейнера и их обустроить. При этом сэкономив массу времени на изготовление опалубки и количестве бетона. Ну и конечно сократив время раза в 2-3 на саму постройку и удобство внутренней отделки. В конце 80х и начале 90х многие( в моей местности) так и делали. Ну а само исполнение данной стройки вызывает только уважение к рукам мастера!

@Will Swift Induced thermal ventilation with air 'chimneys'. Yes, fans is well known but air circulation requires a constant source of electricity. Air needs more than one vent. Input and output shafts are used for such things.

Pre-filtering the intake with clean gravel in a cooling vent shaft is something in large bunkers that lack in smaller bunkers but is key to preserving the air filtration system BTW. Nice work. Here is to never having to use it beyond a food storage bunker.

Сколько труд для 4-5 кв.м2 бункера 👏. Вспомнил у нас в доме есть старый погреб. Тоже построен из бетона который осталься от первого хозяина дома. Он даже больше на несколько кв. м2 этого бункера. Я теперь понимаю сколько труд, силы, времени и ресурса ушли тогда для его создания. Вот я задумалься и стал ценить свой старый погреб-"Бункер"! 😄
